Polaris Ranger Kinetic Recall –
Why a Used Ranger EV + Voltronix Might Be Your Best Bet

Be careful if you purchased the 2023 or 2024 Polaris Ranger XP Kinetic.

There has been a recall due to safety hazards. Polaris has determined that on some Model Year 2023-2024 RANGER XP Kinetic vehicles, the high voltage cables on the Motor Controller Unit (MCU) can be loose. A loose high voltage cable may arc or overheat during vehicle operation resulting in a fire and/or unintended acceleration posing a crash hazard and risk of serious injury.

Given these safety concerns, If you’ve been thinking about going electric but are hesitant due to the uncertainty surrounding the Kinetic, consider another approach:
