Responsibilities:
* Assist with deck construction and installation
* Load and unload materials and tools
* Measure, cut, and prepare decking materials
* Maintain a clean and safe worksite
* Work with team members to complete projects efficiently
Requirements:
* Construction or carpentry experience needed
* Deck experience preferred
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
* Reliable transportation
* Strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Willingness to learn and follow instructions
