Big D's Oil Field Service

09/11/2026

Today, we pause to remember September 11, 2001. 🇺🇸

We honor the lives lost, the heroes who answered the call, and the families who carry their memory every day.

May we never forget the courage, sacrifice, and unity that followed one of our nation’s darkest days.

From all of us at Big D’s Oil Field Service — we remember. We honor. We will never forget. 🇺🇸

Happy Labor Day from Big D's Oilfield Service. 🇺🇸

Today we celebrate every man and woman who shows up. Who gets their hands dirty. Who keeps this country moving one shift at a time.

To our 45 employees — this day is yours. We are because of you. 🙏

Sinner's Sunday 🙏

Forgive us Father, for we have sinned.
We worked on Sunday.
Again.

We rose before the sun did.
Fired up the iron.
Answered the call before the coffee finished brewing
and hit the ground running
like we always do.

Because that's who we are.
That's what we know.
The grind doesn't ask permission
and most days
neither do we.

But somewhere between the early mornings
and the late nights,
between the loads hauled
and the dirt moved
and the calls answered
and the jobs done right —

we forget to stop.

We forget to look up
from the bucket
and the blade
and the wheel
and see what's actually around us.

So today — just for a moment —
we're stopping.

We're looking at this crew.
45 people who show up.
Who work hard.
Who don't complain
when the mud is deep
or the hours are long
or the weather has other ideas.

We're looking at every customer
who trusts us with their operation.
Every neighbor who waves.
Every person in this town
who has supported Big D's
from one water truck
all the way to this.

And we're grateful.
Deeply, genuinely grateful
that we get to do what we love
in a place we love
with people we'd choose
all over again.

So forgive us Father.
We'll probably work next Sunday too.

But tonight we rest.
We breathe.
We count our blessings
and we mean it.

Because the best crews aren't just built from hard work.
They're built from gratitude.

So neither do we. 📞

🚨 Somebody had a serious case of the Mondays... and it wasn't us. 😅

5:30 on a weeknight. Most people are thinking about dinner. We got a call — equipment buried deep in some of the stickiest mud you've ever seen. Lucky for them they caught us just before we called it a day. 🤙

We loaded up both Bed Trucks and headed out. When one truck started lifting up on the back end from the tension, we chained it down to the bed of the other truck to keep it planted — then put both winches to work at the same time pulling up and in until we got her free.

Nobody panicked. Nobody left. We just rigged it up and got it done. 💪

That's the job. That's Big D's.

Words mean more when they come from someone who's been in the field with you. 🤝

We are incredibly honored and grateful to share this review from Russ Knight, CEO of Utah Gas Corporation. Nearly a decade of working together and this is the kind of relationship we pour everything into building — one job at a time, one handshake at a time.

To Russ and the entire UGC team — thank you. Your trust means everything to us and we don't take it lightly. We show up every day to earn exactly this. 🙏

🎉 AND THE WINNER IS... 🎉

But first — we put it to the people. 😄

Yesterday we asked YOU to decide how we'd pick our winner. Would the 10 correct guessers battle it out in a Semi-Final Trivia question... or would we throw all the correct answers in the hat and do a good old fashioned drawing? 🤔

The people have spoken — and it wasn't even close. 48 votes for the drawing vs 20 for the Trivia battle! 🗳️ The drawing it is! 😂

So we put all 10 correct answers in the hat and let fate decide — and the drawing has spoken! Congratulations to bk_despain on winning the Big D's Swag Pack! 🎁🤠 Watch the video to see the drawing go down live!

And because we believe everybody who knows their iron deserves some love — ALL 10 correct guessers win their choice of a Big D's hat! 🧢🏆

Congrats to all our winners:
