Time begins when crew leaves Rankin or previous location and ends when crew returns to Rankin or leaves location in route to the next location. Roads: Customer is responsible for providing access to and from well site locations. When extra equipment is required to move in or out, the customer will be charged for required equipment at cost. We reserve the right to determine if a road is p

assable or may cause damage to our equipment or injury to personnel and refuse to enter until conditions are corrected to allow safe passage to the site. All invoices are to be paid within 30 days unless previous arrangements are made. A 5 % discount will be applied to any invoice paid within 10 days of the invoice date. Lost or damaged tools will be billed to the customer at replacement cost, delivery costs may also apply if tools are called for after crew is on location and an extra trip is made to deliver. If we are required to remain on a location or lease and wait for the next job due to lack of planning or because to job requires someone else’s services first, time will be charged for up to a minimum of 8 hours. Any unpaid invoices will be turned over to collections within 120 days of invoice date. If there are problems paying an invoice, communicate with us. We can work together to avoid more problems.
