A client asked me to tear down and replace the wall that was falling into the back of their garage and after the first day I proposed to them my vision for the project and they were on board. Not only did they gain a back yard...we were able to raise their front driveway 2 plus feet and create a sloped bank in front of their house to eliminate the steep drop off.
