Big changes coming soon to this beautiful home in the highly coveted Cinnamon Ridge development. This remodel will feature the existing deck becoming a new home office area complete with wood floors, large windows and a fully finished storage room under it. We will also be adding a 17 x 26 covered as well as screened in deck with vaulted pine ceilings and timber accents and trex decking. The new staircase will lead to a large stamped patio below with recessed lighting thru out and a hot tub area complete with exterior audio. The inside will soon feature wood floors thru out the main living space and a new fireplace wrapped on stone with entertainment and media center above.

We completed a tear out and replace of all existing countertops to granite and installed a new backsplash in the kitchen area as well as new sinks and faucets in all 4 bathrooms. Will share more photos as we progress after the holidays.
