Stratford Building Corporation designs and constructs a wide variety of modular homes including custom residential homes, vacation cottages, cabins, duplexes & townhomes. We have been building custom modular homes throughout the Inland and Pacific Northwest since 1994 and have built in excess of 1300 units since our inception. Stratford modular homes are built to the same residential building code

as any home built on site, with several advantages. facility under strict quality control standards, the building materials are never exposed to the elements during construction, and our total time frame from contract to occupancy is 3-4 months. We are a general contractor licensed in both Idaho and Washington. For clients that live within a 45-60 mile radius from Rathrdrum, ID, we would be the authorized builder for the site work of a Stratford modular home. Clients can choose from one of Stratford Homes 45+ home floor plans, or you can modify any of the designs to create your ideal home. We offer a large selection of quality finishes and materials to customize your home. Stratford Home Center is committed to your needs and will provide excellent customer service every step of the way. When you decide on a plan, we will arrange a Design Meeting with you to review changes, materials and finishes you want and provide an estimated quote.

We have been building custom modular homes throughout the Inland and Pacific Northwest since 1994. Since our inception, we have built over 1,350 projects ranging from residential, multi-family, commercial and more, tallying over 3,200,000 square feet. Our homes are sold through a network of authorized independent, licensed builders in both our local area and throughout our multi-state, regional territory.

Stratford modular homes are built to the same residential building code as any home built on site, with several advantages. Our homes are built indoors in our 40,000 sq. ft. facility under strict quality control standards and building materials are never exposed to the elements during construction. Our controlled building environment fosters high-quality work from skilled craftsmen of various trades who work year-round. This systems-built construction process allows for site preparation to be done simultaneously, resulting in a significantly shorter build cycle and earlier move-in date. Garages, extensive porches and decks are built on site by independent Stratford Homes builders. Garages can be either attached or detached and can be built to whatever size the client prefers.

Independent Stratford Homes Builders oversee the entire process of building your home once it is delivered to your site and erected on your foundation. We believe that using our network of skilled, professional builders is the best way to ensure efficiency and quality. Our builders are not employees or agents of Stratford Homes. They are independent contractors responsible for coordinating all on-site construction, the work of their subcontractors, and the finished workmanship.
