Let's talk liners. Not all are created equal!
This liner here has no silicone, and I can tell by how pea gravel sticks up in the nose. It's not a bucket full of material but its carry back and it builds each load. Don't allow loss in hauled material to occur. That's money your keeping from you own pocket.

Say its 200 pounds every LOAD. That would be about a half a ton a day and if you lose half a ton a day for 5 days! That would be 2.5 tons a week of lost revenue and if you run 52 weeks a year that's 130 tons a year! In some cases, that's up to 5 fuel tank fill ups for a 100-gallon tank. Not to mention any time spent having to shovel or remove excess during the day's haul or after. Lost time lost revenue. Don't lose material and get back your time.

The solution: a liner with silicone for added release. It's a self-leaching darn near self-lubricating plastic called Durapro or Quicksilver. Durapro has 2% silicone additive and a UV inhibitor as our reprocessed liner. Our Quicksilver has 6% silicone and UV inhibitor as our virgin material. The highest on the market!

This can be the difference between using a quality end dump liner in an aluminum body or not. Whether from brand new, to avoid this all entirely, or on a used trailer before it gets to this point.

The floor in the trailer on the right and in the second photo exhibits overlaid patches and very clear cross members with deep dips in-between. All of these areas can hang up material. You can clearly see the small amount built on the lip of the patches.

Maybe here it's not as significant but you have a wet heavy load that sticks to itself and a wedge to hang up on and you are asking for trouble or extended unloading times. A quality end dump liner system from an experienced installer can be all the difference in saving that floor, protecting the driver, equipment, and increasing material flow. Drivers want to drive and a liner helps get that material out quick.
