Another home ready for a roof. No OSB anywhere on this home. With 22 years of building experience in the Pacific County climate, you’ll never convince me that OSB is anywhere near the product that CDX plywood is. Painting it green and giving it a zippy name doesn’t solve the issue.

We’ve been here for decades and know where and why things fail. That’s why you hire local, established builders…

Do your paper timecards allow employees to see the updated schedule, request days off, and send push notifications to remind them to clock in/out when it’s past normal operating hours? Do they send the manager notification reminding them that certain crew members have to leave early or are off today?

Nothing is worse as a boss than building the schedule for the day and realizing too late that there is crew missing today.
