Wrapped up punch list today on this 24 units behind bobs in windham . 7 month build that Bill bridges and myself built . Bill is the king of the mountain in making these projects happen . Not easy to do with mixture of new subs driving time line and budgets but Bill puts that a side and presses every day to a amazing end result

Island cove building deals with family emotions when doing major remodels with family lake houses. Most time the younger groups fall in love with the new styles and things that come with it. We try and respect the old as we bring in the new. Love this stuff
