One of our larger projects this fall was to replace a chicken coop roof that had rotted due to there not being any overhang.

We added blocks for bracing between the joists to make it more sturdy, then installed new plywood, drip edge, underlayment and new shingles. Now it's ready for a fresh flock of hens this spring!

My wife has been working with me on larger projects like this and we have really been loving it.

This customer wanted to make this wide door opening into a single door to use the space as a work from home office.

I removed the existing trim, framed it, installed drywall and installed a new door. Now they are able to have a more private space for work calls!
