The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.
Must be able to oversee and run the entire GenPore Quality Management System. Must be a self starter and able to skillfully manage one’s own time. Must have excellent problem solving, interpersonal communication and project management skills. Must have strong analytical skills and experience with implementation and administration of Quality Management System, such as defect profiles and performance. Must have a desire for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, process and product quality and reliability. Must be able to read and communicate in English to a high level of proficiency. Must be trained in ISO 9001:2015.
Essential Functions
The essential functions of the Quality Assurance Manager consist of, but are not limited to the following:
Ensuring that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of this International Standard
Ensuring that the processes are delivering their intended outputs
Interact with co-workers in a professional and courteous manner
Reporting on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for improvement, in particular to top management
Set QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved
Ensuring the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization
Ensuring that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented
Define quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff and ISO 9001:2015 requirements
Set up and maintain controls and documented information
Work with customers’ auditors and ensure the ex*****on of corrective action in compliance with customers’ specifications
Keep track of monthly/quarterly key measurables
Ensure are test devices are calibrated
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years' relevant work experience
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Familiar with PPAP, FMEA's, CAR's, etc.
Familiar with REACH, RoHS, Conflict Minerals, EEU
