OFFICE MANAGER & BOOKKEEPER

Quality Distributors, Inc. (QDI) of Readlyn, IA is seeking a motivated and self-directed person for the position of office manager and bookkeeper. Quality Distributors, Inc. is a privately owned agricultural sales company. QDI is known for providing excellent customer service and has been in business for over 30 years.

Job Requirements Preferred:
• High proficiency with QuickBooks software.
• Working experience with Microsoft Office products (EXCEL, WORD, PowerPoint.)
• Accounting background would be helpful to understanding small business owner financials.
• Ability to make system back-ups and keep system upgrades current.
• Ability to work independently.

This position is part time. The average work week will be 15-20 hours. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
