DOCK 7 MATERIALS GROUP, LLC and ECSSA ANNOUNCE PARTNERSHIP FOR EPS RECYCLING

PORT-AU-PRINCE, HAITI, FEBRUARY 13, 2014 - Dock 7 Materials Group, LLC and Environmental Cleaning Solutions S.A. (ECSSA) announced a formal partnership for the recycling of EPS waste (commonly known as styrofoam) in the country of Haiti. The program will aim to recycle a large portion of the 26 million EPS trays and plates used monthly in Haiti.

The goals of the program include:

• Reduce the environmental impact of EPS waste which is currently discarded in streets and sewer drains
• Turn EPS waste into a re-usable commodity through densifying equipment
• Create jobs in collection, operation, and shipping to work towards reducing Haiti’s estimated 40% unemployment rate
• Generate revenues for further expansion of the program within Haiti and eventually in other locations
