Geothermal and Solar offgrid job I did 10 years ago is up for sale. It is supposed to be the biggest offgrid house in America. There are 1,000 solar panels in the field and a battery building to run the entire property. 2 swimming pools and koi pond are heated by solar thermal panels and 4 geothermal heat pumps. 16 bedrooms and 20 bathrooms definitely a once in a lifetime job.

It so hot outside with geothermal you can stay cool because it uses the ground for the source of energy and when it’s 100 outside it doesn’t matter because your not trying to cool with the 100 degree air like conventional AC or heat pump systems plus it uses a lot less energy as well. Humidity is controlled better as well so it feels more comfortable. Win all around.
