What an incredible day at Big Wheels event at the on Saturday! 🚛 We were proud to be part of the fun, showcasing our auto road layout truck, our new long line paint truck, and our hydroblasting truck — and watching kids beep horns and climb in the cabs was priceless!

Thank you for Senator Kristin Phillips-Hill for taking time out of your busy schedule to spend time with us! 🌧️➡️☀️ Rain or shine, the D.E. Gemmill Signs & Safety Division Signs and Safety Annual Open House was a success!

As part of and , we were proud to bring together municipalities, townships, cities, and local businesses for a day focused on safety, innovation, and connection.

Thank you to everyone who came out and braved the weather — it turned into a great afternoon once the sun broke through!

We appreciate all of our partners and vendors who helped make the day possible: PPG, OSHA, Sales Solutions Inc., HGA, Eastern Metal, Impact Recovery, Proodos Consulting, LLC, MDI Worldwide, DeltaPlus, KBA Sales — and we hope we didn’t miss anyone!

Thank you all for your support, along with our own DE Gemmill Contracting and Sign Shop teams, for making the event a success.

This week, we join the American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA) in reminding everyone that work zone safety is a shared responsibility.

⚠️ According to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Pennsylvania sees more than 1,200 work zone crashes each year—including 1,250 crashes and 22 fatalities in 2024 alone.

Roadway workers face real risks every day to keep our roads safe—you can help protect them by staying alert and driving responsibly.
