Please make sure to check your systems during the ice storms to prevent damage. This customer did the correct thing by terminating power and calling for repair. Unit has been fixed by replacing the fan and motor.!!’ Spring checkouts will start in March depending on the weather.

Don’t forget to treat around your outdoor unit for bugs,ants,and lizards. This year we are having lizards in the electrical components. Always reapply bug poison after the rain has cleared.

Changes are coming !!! January 2025 you can still purchase R-410a units while supply last. The new R-32 units are being put into service on that date as well. The old refrigerant will still be available due to a phase down, but not a phase out. The EPA is also changing refrigerant again in 2035 .
