Spud is officially on the mend! 💙🐾 After a bath, some playtime, and a little surgery, he’s home with Miss Donna and ready for two weeks of rest, cuddles, and rocking his very stylish cone. 😂

It’s just one more step toward his In For Training date, which will be here before we know it!

Help us cheer our boy on and drop a healing message, some 💙, or a virtual cuddle for Spud in the comments! 🐾

We think he’s going to need all the extra love he can get while he’s stuck wearing the cone of shame!

Miss Donna just picked me up from the kennel. I got to play and have a bath then I had a little surgery to be neutered. One step closer to my In For Training date which will be here before we know it! For the next two weeks I get to wear a silly cone on my head🫪🤣 and rest. I hear when this happens. I also get extra love and cuddles at home so it doesn't sound too bad.🥰

We're honored that one chapter of our 50-year story includes helping Spud on his journey toward becoming a guide dog.
