🐶🪙 Pennies for Puppies is back!

We’re proud to support Haven Humane with a fundraiser that proves even the smallest change can make a big difference.

Each jar is headed to a local school where students can drop in their extra pennies, nickels, dimes, and quarters to help support animals in need. Every coin adds up—and gives students a fun way to come together for a great cause. 🐾💛

Every coin counts, and every student can be part of helping local animals get the care they deserve. So check those couch cushions, empty those piggy banks, and let’s fill these jars!

Tom Warnock and Miles Quaife had the opportunity to represent PACE Engineering at the RCAC CalTAP Fair, where they presented on our Somes Bar - Junction Elementary School Arsenic & Hexavalent Chromium Remediation Project.

Events like this give our team a valuable chance to share what we’ve learned in the field, connect with others working through similar water challenges, and have meaningful conversations about creating safe, dependable water systems for the communities they serve.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to speak and connect with others who care about making a difference in their communities. Thanks to RCAC for bringing everyone together!

While the athletes were flying our crew at Bike Aid Station #5 was there to keep them hydrated and fueled! 🚴💨

A big thank you to our PACE Engineering volunteers who spent the day handing out supplies, cheering loudly, and supporting not only our own PACErs, but every athlete who came through the station.

It was a full day of teamwork, encouragement, and plenty of fast handoffs! 🙌 We loved being part of Redding’s first annual Ironman 70.3 and helping athletes get one step—or pedal—closer to the finish line.

What a race—and what an accomplishment! 🏊‍♂️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♂️

A huge congratulations to our PACErs Adam Nichols, Howard Evans, Dylan De Leon, and Monica Acord for completing the full Redding Triathlon! And congratulations to Joey Nickerson for hitting the course as part of a relay team 💪🎉

Taking on the full course takes months of preparation, determination, and plenty of grit. We’re proud to see our teammates set a big goal, put in the work, and cross that finish line.

PACE Engineering was also proud to be out on the course supporting the event, with our volunteer crew helping at Bike Aid Station #5 and cheering on competitors throughout the day.

Congratulations to Adam, Howard, Dylan, Monica, and Joey—and to every athlete who took on the challenge. It was a great day to see the community come together and celebrate an incredible accomplishment.

As summer winds down, we recently got together for an Intern BBQ to celebrate and thank our interns Josiah Palumbo, Karlee Hale, Anabella Kuykendall, Asher Scofield, Brynn Scriberner, Samuel Sanders, and James DeVine for all their hard work this summer! ☀️🌭

We’re grateful for the energy, curiosity, and fresh perspectives they brought to PACE and for everything they contributed along the way.

As they get ready to head back to school, we wish them the best in the year ahead—and hope they enjoyed their summer with us as much as we enjoyed having them here!

Redding's first annual Triathlon! 🏊‍♂️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♂️

IRONMAN 70.3 Northern California – Sunday, August 16th

A big thank you to Quinn Harnett for bringing together a PACE Engineering volunteer crew for the event. You’ll find our team cheering on athletes and lending a hand at Bike Aid Station #5!

We’re especially proud to have five PACErs taking on the course. 💪

🏊 🚴 🏃 Adam Nichols, Howard Evans, Dylan De Leon and Monica Acord are tackling the triathlon, and Joey Nickerson will be competing as part of a relay team.

Whether you’re volunteering, racing, or cheering from the sidelines, events like this are a great reminder of what makes our community special.

Last year, Da’ Yas Park officially reopened, transforming what was once an aging park with limited amenities into a vibrant community space for the people of Eureka.

Today, the revitalized park features an all-inclusive playground, multi-use sports courts, fitness equipment, accessible pathways, new parking and restrooms, upgraded ball field facilities, and enhanced lighting throughout the site.

Working with Melton Design Group, we were able to provide electrical and structural engineering services for the revitalization of Da’ Yas Park, to help bring this community-focused project to life. The park celebrated its grand opening in September 2025 after design began in 2021.

With improved visibility, accessibility, and recreational opportunities, the park has become a welcoming place where community members can gather, play, and enjoy the outdoors.

Big things are taking shape at the REU Power Plant.

We're excited to be providing full design and construction management services for the new REU Power Plant Maintenance Office Building, a project that will give the City of Redding's maintenance staff a new 5,500-square-foot facility designed to support their day-to-day operations.

By bringing maintenance staff together under one roof, this project will improve coordination, communication, and efficiency as they continue keeping our community's power infrastructure operating reliably.

This project began in November 2025 and is expected to be completed in January 2027.
