Tig Tech Inc. is looking for a Shop Helper to join our team! We are a family-owned welding and metal fabrication company that specializes in miscellaneous metal components like stairs, rails, canopies, fencing, and structural steel. We need someone with a strong work ethic, a great attitude, and a willingness to learn!

What You’ll Be Doing:

-Polishing welds and grinding after fabrication
-Assembling metal components
-Driving a forklift (we can train you if needed)
-Tying off loads and prepping materials for transport
-Cleaning the shop and maintaining materials
-Prepping parts for paint
-Loading and unloading deliveries
-Helping with various shop tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Hardworking and dependable—this is a physical job
✔️ Ability to use basic hand and power tools
✔️ Forklift experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train

Tig Tech Inc., a family-owned fabrication company, is seeking a dependable and motivated Field Install Crew Member to join our team! If you have construction experience—or are highly motivated and eager to learn—we’d love to hear from you. This role offers competitive pay, plenty of overtime opportunities, guaranteed weekends at home, and 401K matching. This is a full-time, year-round job.

About the Role:

As a Field Install Crew Member, you’ll help install high-quality metal products like stairs, rails, awnings, and fencing on new construction apartment projects across Northern California. While prior construction experience is a plus, we’re willing to train individuals with a strong work ethic and the drive to succeed. Welding skills are a bonus but not required.

Schedule Highlights:

Monday-Wednesday: Travel to job sites (employer-provided hotel accommodations and per diem for food).
Thursday: Travel home.
Friday: Work in our shop in Redding.
Weekends: Home every weekend.

Join our team! Busy fabrication shop looking for an experienced painter to coat our fabricated products. This is a full time position. Familiarity with catalyzed paints a plus. Duties will include maintaining spray equipment & booth, documentation of gallons sprayed, and making sure products have been prepped properly prior to coating. Experience a plus & will be paid accordingly.
We coat using catalyzed paints through an electrostatic system.
Ideal candidate will have some paint experience, a good attitude, be reliable, and have a team player mentality.

Tig Tech, Inc. is seeking an entry level shop helper. This position consists of but is not limited to pressure washing fabricated components, polishing welds, loading vehicles and trailers, and general support assisting in the completion of fabricated products. No experience necessary. Individual will work with others to move fabricated components from the fab bay to the finishing bay where candidate will polish welds, pressure wash components, and prep materials for the paint shop. This is a starting position and advancement is available and encouraged. We typically promote outstanding individuals from this area to move into other shop facilities to include cut stations, welding, fabrication, installation, etc.
Starting wage $20/hr. 40 hour work week. Must be dependable and a team player.
