Yard Laborer / General Laborer (NON UNION)

We are currently seeking a dependable, hard-working, and self-motivated Yard Laborer to join our team. This position involves assisting with a variety of yard and project-related tasks under the supervision of the Project Manager.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime is likely)

Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Preparing materials and tools for projects
• Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
• Removing debris, garbage, and excess materials
• Assisting with assembling and dismantling barricades and temporary structures
• Performing general yard maintenance and cleanup
• Maintaining an organized and safe work environment
• Following company procedures and supervisor directions
Qualifications
• Must be physically capable of performing general labor duties
• Ability to work in hot, cold, and rainy weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must be dependable, motivated, and willing to learn
• Ability to follow directions and safety procedures
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be able to pass a drug test

Previous experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Compensation:
Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on experience

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ASE, NCCER, electrical licenses) a plus.
• Must be flexible with performing routine maintenance and repair off location.
