This is a blower motor that I changed out in an attic standing on ladder. There was absolutely no standing room up in the the attic. I also had to take out the circuit board, transformer, the power safety switch , flue, flue piping , and plug wires to get the blower motor and squirrel cage out of the furnace to get the blower motor and squirrel cage out of the furnace and reinstall. The squirrel cage, new blower motor, circuit board, transformer,flue, flue piping and safety switch and reassemble the unit. At this time, the unit is up and running properly.

This is an old school Rheem outdoor condenser with two condensing fan motors and compressors. I replaced one of the outdoor condensing fan motors removed the old fan blades and reinstalled the old fan blades back on the new condensing fan motor. At this time the unit is up and running properly.

This furnace had a short from 24 volt coming from the condenser to the furnace. Replaced the contactor , 24 volt transformer,circuit board, very dirty outdoor coils. At this time the unit is up and running properly.

This was a bad motor that caught on fire. I also had to replace the swamp cooler belt, pulley on the blower motor, blower motor,float,pump,drain conduit, and pads on the swamp cooler. Oil the bearings. Adjusted the water float and made sure the swamp cooler was working properly.

Replacing a condenser fan motor and removing the fan blades also. So I can install a new condenser fan motor and the old fan blades. At this time the unit is up and running. Working wonderful.
