Today we’re celebrating Kye! 🥳

Kye is officially the QUEEN of the pink, bright, and impossible-to-miss office 👑🩷✨ — seriously, you could probably see the glow from the parking lot. 😂

She definitely brings her own special brand of laughable chaos to the office, keeps all of us on our toes, and makes sure there is never, EVER a dull moment around here.

And we ALWAYS know when Kye is in the office before we even see her. Why? Because we are all gifted with the glorious smell of BACON first thing in the morning. 🥓😂 And she always shares said bacon. Honestly, that alone deserves Employee of the Month.

🎂 HAPPY BIRTHDAY to the one, the only... AMANDA V.! 🎂

Today we're celebrating the queen of maintenance, the master of organization, the scheduler of what feels like half the state of Michigan, and the woman who somehow keeps thousands of customers happy and in order for all their HVAC maintenance needs!

If you've ever called Mastercraft for a maintenance appointment, chances are Amanda is the reason everything went so smoothly. She keeps the calendars full, the customers happy, the technicians on track, and somehow still manages to smile through it all. Honestly, we're convinced she has at least three clones... because one person shouldn't be able to accomplish this much!

Amanda, thank you for your incredible work ethic, your patience, your kindness, and your ability to juggle a million things without breaking a sweat. You are such an important part of our Mastercraft family, and we are beyond grateful for everything you do each and every day.

⛈️ Storm Season Reminder: Is Your Home Protected? ⚡

🇺🇸 Happy 4th of July from all of us at Mastercraft! 🇺🇸
Just a quick update for anyone who may be trying to reach us today.

Our office is open from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, but due to ongoing power issues, we're currently operating on two generators and have no internet service. Since our dispatching software relies on an internet connection, things are a little more challenging than usual.

Thankfully, two of our incredible office team members had the foresight to take their office phones home and are generously working remotely using their home internet so we can continue answering your calls and helping customers.

We kindly ask for a little extra patience and understanding today. Those two team members are handling all incoming calls, and while they are doing everything they can to assist everyone as quickly as possible, wait times may be a bit longer than normal.
We truly appreciate your kindness, patience, and support—not just today, but every day.

🌞 A Friendly Reminder During This Heat Wave 🌞

With temperatures soaring and a holiday weekend upon us, we wanted to ask for a little kindness and patience.

When your air conditioning stops working, we know how uncomfortable—and sometimes stressful—that can be. Please know that our entire team understands the urgency and is doing everything we can to help every customer as quickly as possible.

Our service technicians are everyday people. They are spending long days, often working well into the evening, away from their own families during the holiday weekend, to restore comfort to yours. They are giving it everything they've got, but there are only so many hours in a day and only so many technicians available.

Due to extremely high demand, appointment times may be scheduled later in the evening, and in some cases, service may take 24–48 hours. We know that's not ideal, but we promise we are working through every call as quickly and safely as possible.

Please also remember that the Customer Service Representatives answering your calls are doing everything in their power to help. They don't control the weather or the number of service calls coming in—they are scheduling the very first available appointment and working tirelessly to keep everyone informed.

A smile. A kind word. A little patience. It truly goes a long way.

With the warmer temperatures settling in, we're already seeing our phones ringing more and more. If your air conditioner decides to take an unexpected vacation, give us a call as soon as possible. The earlier you call, the better chance we have of getting to you the same day or within 24 hours, depending on call volume.

We know there's nothing fun about a house that's 85° inside. Heat can test anyone's patience, but we'd like to ask for a little kindness during these busy summer days.
