We are still looking to fill a couple warehouse positions; we are also looking for a CDL driver. Perks of being a CDL driver for Swift Steel include but aren't limited to; being home every evening and all weekends, you're not stuck in a truck all day and all of our deliveries are local. We have a permanent, full-time position available. This is a physically demanding position, so we are looking for those applicants who don’t shy away from hard work. In addition, we are looking for someone who will show reliability in their scheduling, exercise a strong work ethic, and keep a positive attitude on the job!
We offer competitive pay, Paid Time Off, and 100% employer paid health insurance after 30 days of permanent hire. Yearly bonus and retirement contribution upon completing 1 year of permanent employment.
Previous experience in the field is preferred but not required. As long as you can read a tape measure and handle very basic math the company will train you on the rest!
This is a highly physical environment in a role that requires lifting heavy pieces of material on a regular basis, steel cutting, picking and pulling orders, loading orders, stacking and organizing heavy materials, customer service, and other general warehouse duties.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Must be reliable and keep a positive working attitude in a team setting. Must be able to handle a highly physical position requiring repetitive bending, twisting, and lifting heavy materials on a regular basis.
