Looking for a reliable person to fill the position of crew leader for our growing company!
Must have 1 or more years of landscape experience.
Must have a valid drivers license.
Must be confident in driving a truck and trailer.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Oversight of small crew
Driving work truck and trailer
Mowing, edging and fertilizing lawns
Weeding and mulching landscape beds
Trimming small trees, hedges and shrubs
Removing unwanted, dead or damaged debris
Planting shrubs, flowers and trees
Watering gardens, lawns and landscapes
Monitoring and maintaining plant health

Pay is depending on experience, and highly competitive!

Depending on snow levels work can roll over into the winter season as snow removal!

Before and after of flower bed clean up our crew completed last week.
Trimmed tree sprouts, w**ded, sprayed and then laid mulch.

Mulch not only looks great but adding 4-6 inches can put a huge stunt in w**d growth. It is a great option if you want a low maintenance fix in your flower beds.

Added side parking to this clients house! A nice place to park their RV, boat or extra cars.

Before hand the spot was not level and full of w**ds. We were able to transform it into a gravel area in just a few hours!

Just some little bumble bees enjoying the lavender.
Lavender is a great addition to any yard! Lavender, with the proper care flourishes in the Central Oregon climate.
The plant has a long blooming period, which means flowers for longer!
Lavender is a perennial, so it only needs to be planted once and still blooms every year.
The aroma this plant gives off is amazing! Great for entryways to great guest with a fresh scent all summer long!
Lavender is a bumble bees heaven! Bumble bees are completely harmless but very important for the environment, with this plant you can attract more to your garden and watch the difference it makes in all your flowers!
