Last week, we had the privilege of welcoming to our Norman Rockwell Elementary School construction site. Seeing students step onto an active jobsite curious, engaged, and eager to learn reminds us why investing in future industry leaders matters.

A huge thank you to for leading the mentor team and guiding students through the design side of the project. Their partnership helps bring the full picture of our industry to life.

Across every Lydig jobsite, women are leading, coordinating, problem solving, and building with purpose. As we end Women in Construction Week, we’re proud to recognize the women in the field who help us Level Up and Build Strong through their expertise, resilience, and dedication.

This collage highlights just some of the women shaping our projects from the ground up today, every day, and long after this week comes to a close. At Lydig, celebrating women in construction isn’t limited to one week; it’s part of who we are.

We're in the news! Last week the Apple Valley News Now had a nice feature on our current project in Pendleton, Oregon.

The Wildhorse Resort & Casino expansion continues to make steady progress toward its 2027 completion, marking a major investment in the future of the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation and the surrounding region.

We’re proud to support a project that creates jobs, expands regional hospitality, and strengthens long‑term economic opportunity while honoring the vision and heritage of the CTUIR.

This Women in Construction Week, we’re spotlighting Rosie’s Closet, a program Lydig proudly supports to ensure women in the trades have access to the workwear and gear they need to thrive.

If you want to make a meaningful difference, you can donate new or gently used women’s workwear or contribute funds that help keep Rosie’s Closet stocked throughout the year.

Small actions create lasting change. Together, we can continue building an industry where everyone has the tools to succeed.

The Three Rivers Convention Center expansion is moving fast, with major interior systems now in place and the 115,000 SF addition on track for a fall opening. This will be a game changer for events and tourism in the Tri‑Cities, and we’re excited to be part of bringing it to life.

The $71.3 million expansion is to open this year.

A big thank you to Ferguson Architecture for hosting us as we wave proudly to show our support for Tacoma Public Schools and students together.

At Lydig, we believe strong schools build strong communities. On February 10, voters will decide on Propositions 1 & 2, the Tacoma Replacement Levies that help fund essential programs, staffing, safety, access to technology, and student opportunities.

If you value great schools, dedicated educators, and safe learning environments, make your plan to vote and let your voice be heard.

Vote YES on Props 1 & 2 for our students, for our future, for Tacoma.
