individual’s wishes and tastes. The quality products he uses include brand names such as Interstate, Outback, Magnum, Kohler, Silent Power, etc. He is factory and field trained to do the job right the first time. Abney Electrix is also service oriented, for those with systems that need servicing or repairs. We carry a full line of both new and refurbished parts for inverters, solar systems and even batteries. Dean has been a featured speaker at the OSEIA Solar Expositions, bringing his expertise in off-grid solar design and equipment sizing to the attendees. Been much too long since we posted! Recently secured a contract to build wildfire suppression trailers so fire camps no longer have to run generators 24/7. Proud to be part of our government trying to remove fossil fuel reliance.

With the recent thunderstorms rolling through Central Oregon, it’s a good idea to check your PV string breakers out near your solar panel array. A close lightning strike may cause the breakers to trip. 🌩⚡️⚡️If you have any questions PM me. 😃

Last week we installed one of our portable battery based communication trailers between Mitchel and Service Creek. This one will be used to provide high speed internet as well as radio equipment for the ranchers that live in the valley below. We’ve built 7-8 of these for Sherman and Wheeler County. As the word gets out they are becoming very popular. We hope to do many more of these! Of course, installing them is our favorite part!
