We removed old shingles and installed a full ice & water shield system for maximum roof protection. This project also included replacing trim boards, installing 3 new VELUX sun tunnels, reflashing the chimney, and full junk removal service—including hauling away an old non-working vehicle from the property.

Big transformation on this reroof project! This home had 3 existing roof layers — 1 metal and 2 layers of 25+ year-old asphalt shingles. We stripped everything down to the decking, removed all old materials, and completely rebuilt the roof system.

✅ Full tear-off to the decking
✅ Installed 100+ new sheets of decking
✅ New GAF Timberline HDZ roofing system
✅ 15-year workmanship warranty
✅ 50-year system warranty

This entire project was completed in just 2.5 days with daily cleanup and a clean, organized jobsite from start to finish.
