We are proud to know them and their wonderful parents, who have been a part of the “Corti Community” & helped us grow thru our launch years.

My hope is that one day ‘women in construction’ will not need to be a special week, because it is our norm.

Corti’s crew is comprised of 14% women, whereas the local labor pool is about a 2% women for this craft. Our team of Apprentices is 33% women, so we are working to help develop the next generation of workers with a well-balanced workforce.
Overall, 30% of our company is comprised of women workers.

We are especially proud of the Western States Regional Council of Carpenters (WSRCC) focus on our own Kathy Muehlbauer!

Kathy Muehlbauer found her life’s path through the Carpenters Union. After leaving a retail position in the 1990’s, Kathy Muehlbauer started a more satisfying career as a Carpenter. She joined the Carpenters’ Union after her mother suggested she explore the trades and began the apprenticeship ...

Hearty congratulations to Superintendents Jerrett Wood & Jeff Ferrier who have successfully earned their Superintendent Career Training Certificates thru the Carpenter’s International Training Center, and to their mentors Rusty Welch & Joe Aal.

These accomplished men have grown significantly in their careers. We are so proud to support them as they grow, & so grateful & fortunate for the immense efforts, “blood, sweat & tears” that they have each put into building Corti Construction from the ground up.

We had an opportunity to help out a wonderful neighborhood Co-Operative Preschool!

CHECK IT OUT!!! Corti Construction really came through for KCP this week. They finished staining, painting and roofing our beloved outdoor structure. This has given KCP preschoolers so many extra hours of outside time this past year when the weather was not so agreeable.
