South Bay Clean Power Clean, local energy for a more prosperous and healthy future! South Bay Clean Power is a member of the (LEAN) and the Californians for Energy Choice Coalition.

South Bay Clean Power is a volunteer citizens working group with residents from Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach and Torrance working together with city council members, city staff and other area elected representatives to explore the feasibility of creating a community choice aggregation (Community Choice Power) program along with other cities of the South Bay.
