Up before sunrise. Long days. Early morning slab pours.

The TBC Concrete Crew just pushed through over 480+ yards of concrete poured across the main slabs at the VillaSport Athletic Club and Spa project in Redwood City.

2 out of 3 major slab pours complete — one final pour remaining to finish out the main slab.

This takes coordination, grit, teamwork, and a crew willing to show up before most people are awake and stay until the job gets done. Proud of the effort from everyone involved.

Big thank you to the entire TBC Concrete Crew, suppliers, pump operators, finishers, laborers, foremen, and everyone helping keep this project moving forward.

Kicking off the first portion of a massive slab pour at the 557 East Bayshore Road — Villa Sports project in Redwood City.

While most of the city is still waking up, our crew is already onsite before sunrise — setting up, coordinating, and getting ready to place concrete.

This pour is a great example of what it takes to execute large-scale concrete work the right way: planning, coordination, communication, and a solid team effort from start to finish.

A big thank you to our TBC crew, the GC team, inspectors, pump operators, ready-mix suppliers, and everyone involved in helping make this pour happen. Large pours like this do not come together by accident — they require preparation, teamwork, and everyone doing their part.

We also utilized our ScreedSaver, giving us a major advantage in production, consistency, and overall slab quality. Having the right equipment in the hands of the right crew allows us to move efficiently while maintaining the level of quality our partners expect.

Today we completed the driveway pour for 4 of the 9 homes, along with the driveway entrances across the street. It’s always a great feeling seeing these projects take shape—one solid pour at a time.
