This job is for someone who enjoys being outside, likes to stay in shape with physical work, and can have a friendly conversation with someone in-person and on the phone. This position may be a good fit for someone who has hardscape installation experience, but wants more experience on the retail side working with people. Our team is small but mighty, and we enjoy lunches and laughs. The atmosphere here is family-friendly, and we are close-knit. We’re looking for someone who is not afraid to learn new things, who is flexible as the business is always trying to improve, and who enjoys working with people. We need someone who can see opportunities for growth, and who can stay busy without micromanagement. Employees work together to solve issues and assist customers, and our generous bonus structure is based on reaching specific team goals

Some of the duties for this full-time position include:
● Greet customers on the phone and in-person at our showroom
● Work with homeowners and contractors
● Answer questions about product installation from homeowners who are
do-it-yourselfers
● Answer questions about best practices from contractors in the hardscape industry
● Learn the products we carry and answer questions related to and including outdoor
kitchens and grills, retaining walls, paving stones, patio furniture, outdoor lighting, pottery
● Create price lists and labeling merchandise
● Operate our point of sale system
● Load and unload trucks using a skid-steer
● Keep the indoor and outdoor showroom clean and presentable
● Package material and prepare orders for pickup and delivery
