The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a commitment to safety standards, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Experience with a variety of welding techniques and metalworking equipment is essential, as is a proven track record overseeing projects and mentoring less experienced staff.

Must be a licensed driver with proof of a clean driving record.
