Sometimes the problem isn't the air conditioner.

This homeowner's A/C wouldn't turn on, and initial testing showed only 58 volts reaching the contactor. After further investigation, it was discovered that the A/C and hot tub were sharing the same disconnect, creating an electrical issue that prevented the system from operating properly.

This is a great example of why proper diagnostics matter. The symptom was an A/C that wouldn't run, but the root cause was elsewhere.

Our technician Myles came across this cracked heat exchanger during an inspection today.

A cracked heat exchanger is a serious safety issue because it can allow dangerous gases — including carbon monoxide — to enter the air circulating through your home.
