Things were looking good over a month ago. The next two photos show even more progress. Copper roofing over the entry porch and Quartzite Flagstone ready to go inside and out. Roofing almost complete.

We are doing everything we can to get utilities in before we can’t disturb the dirt in Tahoe. Floor joists are done and underfloor is about to start.

Things are moving along on our project. Footings and steel are done.

We are starting the foundation on the main house. Moving right along without too many hiccups. Our client is wonderful to work with :0)

Our excavators have begun the tear down of an old structure and are beginning excavation. Very exciting!

Started a new project in Tahoe for the nicest client. We will post photos as it progresses.
