Pellett Construction is proud to share that we received the 2025 AGC Pinnacle Award for Contractor Excellence in the Private Sector (Projects Under $10 Million) for our work on the BluePearl Pet Hospital Project in Reno, Nevada.

This 18‑month, highly technical renovation was completed inside a fully operational 24/7 emergency veterinary hospital. Our team delivered new MRI, dental, and surgical spaces while keeping critical care running without interruption.

A project like this succeeds through strong collaboration at every level — ownership, consultants, subcontractors, and field crews. Thank you to Savage and Son, Inc., Mt Rose Heating & Air Conditioning, Reliant Electric, MRI Corporation, and all our partners whose expertise helped bring this complex build together.

The BluePearl project reflects the work we take pride in challenging projects that demand adaptability, coordination, and trust.

We’re grateful for the recognition Nevada Chapter AGC and proud of the entire team who made this project a success.
