All of our booths come standard with 4 layered walls. More than our competitors. They use the term “double wall” so to break down our wall construction;
-Outer wall board (1/2” thick fabricate with acoustic fabric)
-interior support framing with 1 1/2” space of sound deadening insulation
-interior booth sound board (1/2” thick fabricated with acoustic fabric)
-interior acoustic treatment
Total wall thickness 4 1/2”.
A standard 4.4 with 2” acoustic foam reduces about 58DB of noise. Thats averaging frequencies from 250hz - 4000hz. Lower end vibrations are harder to reduce sound, vs higher frequencies which are easier.
