These two customers took the time recently to email me which I so appreciate! 🤩

I don't often have the time to do this but today I'm making time. We are not a super large company, but downtime kills us just like most. I found you guys online when I was in need of a motor. So far, I think I have ordered 3 or 4 motors from you guys and every time I have called or emailed, the responses have been prompt and quotes have been correct. Payment is easy. The product has been shipped quickly and has arrived ready to install. In this day and age, it's rare to find a company/supplier that delivers the standard of customer service you guys have displayed. Thank you. (Steve R.)

Hey Jeff,

Just wanted to give a holler and thanks. Your incredible turnaround on a niche part really saved our week, esp after a very suboptimal mro experience. I'd even called NAE right after I talked to you to hedge my bets in sourcing that c fl**ge and they couldn't find me one, just offered to connect me with dealer to buy a new motor.

I'll definitely give you a holler for all our future industrial purchasing needs going forward, really excellent experience so thanks again (George B.)
