⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Another happy customer!

When a local salon’s air conditioner from the 1970s finally called it quits, it became more than just an HVAC problem—it became a business problem.

Not only were customers and staff dealing with dangerous summer temperatures, but the salon was also forced to cancel appointments, resulting in lost revenue and disrupted schedules.

Behind the scenes, our Director of Operations, Elicia, worked quickly to coordinate with the salon owner, the property manager, and the City of Sparks to secure the necessary approvals and permits so the project could move forward without unnecessary delays.

Once everything was in place, our installation team got to work—removing the outdated system, installing a new high-efficiency air conditioner, and getting the salon back to doing what they do best in a cool, comfortable space.

🚨 A “good deal” can become a very expensive mistake.

This video shows a 5-year-old Rinnai tankless water heater that failed long before it should have. When the technician opened it up, the unit was severely rusted inside due to excessive condensation caused by incorrect venting and improper fittings.

The technician does an excellent job explaining what went wrong, why the installation failed, and how using someone unfamiliar with the manufacturer’s installation requirements can end up costing a homeowner far more in the long run.

💡 The lesson? The cheapest installation is rarely the least expensive. Tankless water heaters require proper venting, approved materials, and installation according to the manufacturer’s specifications.

🤣 And make sure you watch until the end! While trying to call Rinnai tech support, the technician somehow gets connected to a phone number listed as Narcotics Anonymous of Washoe County. We can’t explain how that happened, but after seeing this installation… you might understand why everyone needed a laugh. 😂
