Employee Spotlight: Allen

This week, we’re excited to recognize Allen from our Porter and Exterior Janitorial team!

Allen is always looking for ways to stay busy, lend a hand, and make sure he’s being productive throughout the day. His strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to jump in wherever needed make him a great part of the Cain’s Environmental team.

Outside of work, Allen enjoys working out and spending time with his family. When asked what else he likes to do in his free time, he joked that he likes to “sleep and dream about coming back to work” — a perfect example of the great attitude and sense of humor he brings to the team.

We appreciate all of Allen’s hard work and are proud to have him on the Cain’s Environmental team. Keep up the great work, Allen!

Employee Spotlight: John Buckhanan

This week, we’re proud to recognize John Buckhanan, who has been a valued part of Cain’s Environmental for over 20 years!

Throughout his time with Cain’s, John has worked in both our Sweeping and Porter departments. His hard work, reliability, and determination have made a lasting impact on our team. No matter what the job throws his way, John always finds a way to get things done.

More than 20 years of dedication is something worth celebrating, and we’re extremely grateful for everything John has contributed over the years.

We’re excited to introduce this week’s Employee Spotlight, Christian Castañeda!

Christian is a valued member of the Cain’s Environmental team, and we’re grateful for the dedication and positive attitude he brings to work every day. He is someone who takes initiative, works hard to get the job done right, and is always willing to support his team. His ability to stay calm under pressure, adapt to new challenges, and keep a positive mindset makes a difference on every job.

What motivates Christian most is providing for his family and building a strong future for them. That commitment is reflected in the pride he takes in his work and the effort he puts in each day.

Welcome to a new series called “keeping up with the Cain’s”!!

This week, we’re featuring Curran Cain, our Head of Porter Services, as he tackles a special project installing bird spikes to help protect our client’s property from unwanted bird activity.

From routine porter services to specialty projects like this, Curran and the team are always finding solutions that help keep properties clean, safe, and looking their best.

Yesterday we got to celebrate an incredible milestone with Jeremy McCaleb, our Lead Operator and Safety Officer, on 5 years with Cain’s Environmental.

We took the team out to lunch today to show our appreciation for all the hard work, dedication, and positive attitude Jeremy brings every single day. Employees like Jeremy are a huge part of what makes our company successful, and we’re grateful to have him on our team.

Thank you for 5 amazing years, Jeremy. We appreciate everything you do and look forward to many more.

Employee Spotlight: Gary

When Gary isn’t out on the job, he’s usually at home spending time with his family, working around the yard, or helping friends with their mechanical needs.

Gary has been part of the Cain’s sweeping team for four years and continues to be someone we can rely on day in and day out. He consistently shows up ready to work and takes pride in doing the job right. His dependability and strong work ethic make a real difference, and we’re grateful to have him on the team.
