Big day for our Go Gutters crew — everyone together for VSI training. Love seeing our team grow, learn, and level up. This crew shows up, works hard, and takes pride in doing things the right way.

Some days we look at the people on our team and realize just how lucky we are to have the crew we do. Today is one of those days.

We want to give a huge shout‑out to Bailey, Derek, and Terril — three guys who show up, work hard, and keep this company moving forward every single day.

Bailey brings a level of consistency and pride that sets the tone for the whole crew. He shows up ready to work, takes ownership of what he does, and puts real effort into every job. He’s reliable, steady, and someone we never have to second‑guess. The pride he takes in his work shows in every gutter he hangs, every job he touches, and every customer he interacts with. We appreciate the heart and dedication he brings day after day.

Derek has been impressive from the moment he joined the team. He learns fast, works hard, and doesn’t shy away from anything that’s thrown at him. He’s got a great attitude, he pays attention, and he’s already become someone we can count on. Watching him grow, step up, and take on more each week has been something we’re genuinely proud of. His effort, willingness, and drive do not go unnoticed.

Terril is one of those people every crew hopes they get. He’s dependable, steady, and always ready to help wherever he’s needed. He brings a calm, positive presence to the job, and he’s the kind of teammate who makes everyone around him better. Whether it’s keeping the pace smooth, helping someone finish out a section, or making sure things are done right, Terril is the quiet strength that holds a crew together. His work ethic and attitude make a real difference every single day.

These three are a huge part of why our jobs get done right and why our customers trust us.
We see the long days, the hard work, and the pride you put into what you do — and we appreciate every bit of it.

Thank you, guys, for everything you bring to Go Gutters.
We’re proud of this crew.

Every business has those people who quietly keep things moving forward — the ones who show up, work hard, and give their best even on the days when no one is watching.
For us, Bailey is one of those people.

We want to take a moment to recognize him, not just for the work he does, but for the kind of person he is.
Bailey shows up with consistency, pride, and a willingness to do whatever the job needs. He doesn’t cut corners. He doesn’t complain. He puts in the effort, even on the long days, even when the weather is rough, even when the jobs stack up. That kind of dedication matters more than people realize.

Bailey — we see you.
We see the long hours, the reliability, the way you take care of customers, the way you help keep this crew running strong.
We see the pride you take in your work, and we want you to know it doesn’t go unnoticed.

You’re an important part of this team, and we’re grateful for everything you bring to Go Gutters.
Thank you for showing up, thank you for working hard, and thank you for being someone we can count on.
We appreciate you more than you know.

After a major hailstorm, your insurance company will send an adjuster to inspect your home — but most homeowners don’t realize they are allowed to have their own advocate present too. And they should.

A licensed general contractor is the only party who truly understands the full scope of construction, damage, and repair costs. When they’re not present, critical damage often gets overlooked, under‑documented, or dismissed entirely. That can cost homeowners thousands in missed repairs.

Here’s why having a contractor on-site matters:

• Insurance adjusters are not builders. They often miss structural, roofing, gutter, siding, and fascia damage that only a contractor can identify.
• You deserve representation. Missouri homeowners have the right to have a contractor present during inspections — and it makes a huge difference in what gets approved.
• Time is critical. The longer you wait, the harder it becomes to document fresh hail damage. Inspections should be scheduled as soon as possible.
• Your contractor speaks the same language as the adjuster. We know the codes, the materials, and the real repair costs. We make sure nothing gets overlooked.

Our role is simple:

We advocate for you, document the damage correctly, meet with the adjuster, and ensure the insurance company sees the full picture — not the minimized version.

If your home was hit by the recent hailstorm, don’t go into the inspection alone.
We’re here to stand beside you, protect your interests, and make sure your home gets restored the right way.
