I mostly do all the work myself as to control the quality which also makes me 100% accountable if its not done right. Your some kinda special POS to hire someone demand a rush job and then not have the money to pay when the job is complete she claim this is s***y workmanship we laced new wood in the floors was heavily water damaged and cupped had paint and all kinda other s**t on top of them to start and had been covered in pet stained carpets for 30 yrs we turned this around in a week and half and now all she has in nothing but excuse so she can get out of paying! This isn’t my first rodeo lady I’ll see you in court lmao nobody gets free work on my back

16 hrs and it went from nasty 26 yr old pet stained carpet to fresh restored hardwood floors ready for poly on to the next one! Be back in a few days to apply finish! Had to lace in some new wood in a couple spots had some water damage and cupping in a few spots!
