Jose Juan Celedonio, owner of JJBY, has over 25 years of experience in site construction and landscape work, most recently as superintendent for one the top competing companies in the Washington DC Area. In this position, Jose was responsible for day-to-day field operations: managing as many as six crews at one time on different projects; materials acquisition; training personnel; and general qual
ity assurance. Jose is dedicated to growing his business and providing quality and value to clients, recognizing that customer satisfaction is key to repeat business and recommendations to family, friends and associates. Jose also has several brothers available for projects that combined, have over 50 years of experience in this work, and a number of other crew members with like experience and training in landscape/hardscape work. All of the crew are permanent residents of the area, many with families. JJBY does not rely on day labor with questionable skills and all crew act as a team. JJBY’s crews take great pride in their work and our clients have noted on many occasions that the crews are polite and respectful. Our lead consultant at this time, Len Blakley, is a registered Landscape Architect with over 35 years in civil engineering and land development planning with extensive and hands-on experience in grading and site design, storm drainage and storm water management as well as other utilities layout, and landscape architecture. As a lead designer and project manager, Len has been responsible for many types of projects, from single family and large scale residential development to commercial and Class A Office projects as well as Institutional, Federal and Military Facilities design. Len has affiliated himself with JJBY “because of the respect I have for Jose and the JJBY crews, for the quality of their work, and their great work ethic .”
