STAAR Trucking is looking for a dependable, hands-on Assistant Shop Manager to join our team.

This position will help oversee day-to-day shop operations and assist with:

🔧 Shop operations and workflow
🚛 Coordinating road calls
📦 Parts ordering and inventory
📞 On-call every other weekend

💰 Starting Pay: $22–$24/hour, depending on experience
🏥 Full health coverage
🏖️ Paid Time Off
