The biggest building the guys have built yet!👏

5 weeks of exterior work to put this big boy up!

This future storage complex is an 85'x280'x16' with (2) 50'x24'x16' extensions off of both end gables. We will be completing the interior in the near future so stay tuned for final product photos!

The guys wrapped up the first build of the season a couple of weeks ago!

We put up a shed for the same customers last year and they decided to have us build a shouse on their property as well!

This one is a 32'x32'x9' house with a 24'x16'x9' garage.

Their shed also has the bright Hawaiian blue roof!

Here are a few more projects that the guys completed over the winter!

The 1st shed (brown) is a horse barn that they did a full reskin on. The 2nd one (without steel) is also on the same site. The final product will be a beautiful cabin for the owner of the horse barn! Both built in St. Augusta, MN.

The 3rd shed (black) is a 40'x80'x16' with custom cedar accents, an eyebrow and a completed liner package on the interior! Built in Nevis, MN.

The 4th building (also black) is a 40'x48'x12' built in Longville, MN.

The guys are back to work full time so stay tuned for all of the wonderful projects we have lined up for 2026! 😀

Alright friends, we are hiring!! 😁

We are looking to hire and fill 1-2 more crewman positions.
The job is post frame construction, general laborers.

*Normal hours for work are Monday-Friday, anywhere from 40-50 hours a week, with time and a half after 40 hours. The crew usually works a short day on Friday's (off around 1pm).
*Pay starting at $20/hour based upon experience.
*No experience? No problem! On the job training will be provided for those who are willing to learn!
*Earn up to $50/hour with more experience!
*Annual raises plus performance based raises.
*Benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, PTO, and paid holidays after 180 days.
*This is seasonal work. We work April-December and are laid off January, February, and March.
*Most jobsites are local, and you will get to be home each night. Occasional out of town jobs and out of town stay are required.
*Must be timely
*Must have good attendance
*Must have a good attitude on the job
*Must be willing to work hard and learn
*Must have a valid driver's license or reliable ride to work daily
*Located out of Rice/Royalton area

The living quarters are 44'x24' and the garage is 40'x56'.

We were so excited to be asked back to add on to one of our first ever sheds we built as Peak Performance Builders!

The addition is a 13'-3" x 78' enclosed lean-to.

This unique shed is a monitor style building!

The main structure is a 20'x60'x24' and the leans are each 15'x60'x12'.

Some key features of this building include:
A turkey tail on the front gable
Eave light in multiple places
A 15'x10' front porch

This building gives the customer the opportunity to add a floor system and utilize the upper section of the building for living space or storage!

This sleek addition was built in Deerwood, MN.

Off the existing building is a 60'x48'x18' and has a 48'x36'x16' showroom with a premium wrap around porch. Highlights of this addition are the 3' overhangs, vaulted ceiling in the shop and large overhead doors!

Another absolutely gorgeous build!

This shed is a 60'x120'x14' with a 60'x48'x9' office area. It has (2) 10'x10'x8' entrances! The cedar accents on the entrances will be stained upon completion. We've included some of the exterior and interior progress photos for everyone to check out!
