Almost done with this super modern, whole-home remodel (where we knocked out walls, installed new windows, flooring, electrical, sheetrock, level 5 texture, paint, all custom cabinetry, new exterior siding and complete remodel of all baths and kitchen. Oh, and installed wood treatment on the ceiling!) Back splash going in next week, then final inspections and deep clean.

Working on a home for a lovely family in Richardson. Putting in so many more joists and new headers than originally planned to support the second story and halt the sagging in the cieling of the ground floor. Until we got the sheetrock off we couldn't tell exactly how bad it was. We had the engineer back out yesterday who endorsed our plan of action... many 11 1/2" LVL beams, new headers in multiple places, new top and bottom plates where tremites have created damage, plus more. This will likely add a week to our schedule but now is the time to make it right. We start electrical re wiring and new sub panel in about week.
