OFFSET
3 circled with TBC at the top means you pull a 3-foot straight offset from the hub to your top back of curb alignment.

LOCATION / STATION REFERENCE
PCR stands for Point of Curb Radius. This identifies the exact transition point on site where tangent (straight) curb stops and the radius (curve) begins.

CUT & FILL
Next up, cut and fill.

F 1.44 TBC means fill 1.44 feet (1 foot 5 and a quarter inches) up off the top of the hub to reach top back of curb.

VERTICAL MATH
Do all your vertical math directly off the top of the hub and you're set.
