What a week at Felins! 🎉

Last week, we celebrated Customer Service Week with plenty of fun activities, including a throwback photo contest and our annual Mario Kart tournament. 🏎️🏆

And of course, plenty of good food. Nachos, cookies, and an ice cream sundae bar! 🍪🍦

Shoutout to everyone who helped organize the activities and make the week so much fun. We couldn't ask for a better group of people to spend the week with.

🍕 We wrapped up Customer Service Week by making our own pizzas!

Eating pizza is one thing (that we love to do), but there was something special about creating it together too.

What started as a fun lunch became an opportunity to get creative, try something new, and connect with teammates outside our everyday routines.👨‍🍳

Happy National Customer Service Week! 🎉🥳

A big thank you to our Customer Service team for everything they do! These ladies are the friendly voices you hear when you call Felins, helping answer questions, find solutions, and keep your operations running smoothly. This team plays a huge role in making Felins what it is!

We appreciate all the hard work, dedication, and positive attitudes they bring every day!

We also had another reason to celebrate: Holly's birthday! 🎈 Holly is our Director of Customer Relations, and if you know anything about her, you know she LOVES tacos. As you can probably tell. 😂🌮
