Art, Tyler and Leland were in Seneca roughing in a garage yesterday.

It was fairly easy work but as you can see Art and Leland were working in a not so spacious mini excavator….which the homeowner purchased not realizing the size of our men 🤣

Needless to say it beats using a shovel.

Here’s a project we have to finish yet, but the air is on and the house will be cool, heating can wait a bit. This is a new style of heat pump most manufacturers are coming out with. This isn’t a mini split, rather a side discharge heat pump. Basically, your traditional AC/heat pump laying on its side. Great for under decks and porches, where the manufacturers clearances can’t be achieved by the traditional units. Rumor has it that these are the future of heat pumps…we’ll see!

Please be patient with us and we’ll get to everyone as fast as we can. Right now we’re keeping up with no cooling calls same day.
