No transfer terminal, no freight quote, no waiting on a truck from three states away. You send the sizes, we cut it, and it goes out on ours.

Standard turnaround is 24 to 72 hours.

A part that is close enough costs somebody an hour on the roof.

On the laser, holes, notches, and profiles come off the table at the size the print says. That is the whole point of cutting it here instead of trimming it there.

Send a drawing or a CAD file and we will tell you what it takes. If all you have is a sketch with dimensions on it, that works too.

Most gutter gets sold on a spec sheet. Ours went to a lab.

Our aluminum box gutter system is tested to ANSI/SPRI GT-1 by National ES Testing Service, an independent lab:

190 psf horizontal wind pressure
135 psf vertical uplift
160 psf static downward load

This run was fabricated in Richmond Hill for the new Midway Middle School in Liberty County and installed by RPI Roofing, along with the coping, edge metal, and parapet trim for the job.

If you are bidding a school, a hospital, or anything that has to pass a wind review, that test data is worth having behind you.

Custom flashing orders stall for one reason. Something is missing.

Four things and we can cut it:

1. Profile. Leg lengths and bend angles. A photo of a napkin sketch is fine.
2. Material and gauge.
3. Finish. Mill, painted, or matched to what is already on the roof.
4. Count. Pieces, total linear feet, and the length you want them cut to.

Send those four together and it goes straight to the brake. Standard turnaround runs 24 to 72 hours.

See that line running the length of the pipe? That is a lockseam, not a decoration.

It gets rolled continuously down the full length, and the fold is what stiffens the wall. That is why spiral holds round and spans further between hangers than snap pipe.

We run galvanized spiral 6 inch through 30 inch, with fittings cut to match.

Duct is only as good as what carries it.

Trapeze hangers, strut, rod. Unglamorous, and the first thing an inspector looks at. We fabricate the duct and the supports so the sizes actually match.
