A whole run of the same part, lined up on the floor waiting on a truck.

The machine that made them is still sitting right behind them. That is what the middle of a job looks like here.

People tend to call us for the one part nobody else wants to quote, and we like those. But the everyday work is this: a count, a drawing, and a date. Duct, plenums, transitions, roof curbs, panels and column covers.

If you have a schedule with a hundred pieces on it, send the schedule. Not one line of it.

Here is the whole spiral board.

6 inch through 30 inch. Galvanized. Fittings cut to match the run.

That is what comes off our machine in Richmond Hill, and it covers most of what gets built around here. If your takeoff lands inside those numbers, there is no reason for it to ride in on a freight truck from another state.

Send the sizes, the lengths and the fitting count. We will get you a number.

Happy Halloween from Richmond Hill.

Nothing in this building is scary. Not the shear, not the brake, not the guy who answers the phone.

Three weeks out from a plant in another state, though. That is the one that keeps a project manager up at night.

Standard turnaround here is 24 to 72 hours. Spiral and rectangular duct, plenums, transitions, roof curbs, coping, edge metal, gutters, panels, column covers and the one-off nobody else wants to quote. All cut in one building on the Georgia coast.

Retail buildout. Glass is in, ceiling is not, and the duct is already sitting inside the space.

Galvanized spiral and fittings, 6 inch through 30 inch, cut to the layout on the drawing and dropped in the building instead of left in the parking lot waiting on a crew.

Retail, restaurant and office buildouts all run on the same math. Somebody has a lease date and everything upstream of it is a promise. The metal should not be the part you are waiting on.

New rooftop unit, old curb, and the footprints do not match.

That is a curb adapter, and it is one of the most ordinary things we build. Send us the existing curb dimensions and the curb dimensions of the unit going on, and we will build the part that bridges the two.

Built in Richmond Hill, standard turnaround 24 to 72 hours, on our truck to your job.

Change-out season is here. If you have units going on in November, get the curb work quoted now rather than the morning the crane shows up.

Look at the tags.

Every piece in this photo left our floor labeled. When the truck gets to the job, nobody is standing in the framing holding two plenums that look the same trying to work out which one goes where.

Rectangular plenums, transitions and fittings, built together and sent together.

It is a small thing right up until it is four guys and a lift standing around at seven in the morning. If you are sending us a job with a lot of parts on it, send the takeoff with it.

Not everything that leaves this building is duct.

We run CNC and structural work out of the same shop in Richmond Hill. If the part is flat, if it is metal, and if it comes with a drawing, it is worth asking us about.

DXF, a PDF, or a dimensioned sketch somebody drew on the back of a submittal. Any of those work. We will tell you what it costs and when you can have it.

Most of the guys who order duct from us have never asked what else the shop can cut. Ask.

Same school, from the parking lot.

That straight dark red line running the whole length of the roof is our fascia and edge metal on the new Midway Middle School in Liberty County. Fabricated in Richmond Hill, installed by RPI Roofing.

It is the first thing you see walking up to the building, and it will still be the first thing you see in twenty years. We are glad it is ours.

That white line at the top of the wall is the whole package.

Coping, parapet cap, and the box gutter behind it on the new Midway Middle School in Liberty County, with the outlets cut into the face. All of it fabricated in Richmond Hill and installed by RPI Roofing.

The gutter is our ANSI/SPRI GT-1 tested aluminum box gutter system, tested independently by National ES Testing Service.

If you are pricing a commercial roof, you can get the coping, the cap, the gutter and the edge metal off one ticket from one shop instead of chasing three suppliers.

Most people know us for one thing. Usually whatever they happened to order first.

Roofers call us for coping, parapet cap, edge metal and gutters.
HVAC contractors call us for spiral, rectangular and round duct, plenums and transitions.
GCs call us for column covers, sunshades and wall panels.
Builders call us for roof curbs, flashing and whatever is on the drawing that nobody stocks.
